Introduction
I am a testicular cancer survivor. After a reoccurring, sharp pain in my groins and an initially erroneous diagnosis (Epididymitis / Orchitis) at the emergency room, I have been diagnosed in early 2006 with Testicular Cancer Seminoma / Stage I. I underwent two rounds of adjuvant chemotherapy and I am now three years out without any reoccurrence. Life slowly got back in order and I am extremely thankful to my family and my girlfriend who have been very supportive.
The initial fear, confusing treatment options, arrogant doctors, health insurance issues, the list goes on. This whole cancer story was quite a roller coast ride in many aspects. I have created this site to remember and hopefully provide hope and answers for people who’ve just been diagnosed. Feel free to contact me. I am more than happy to answer questions or give advice to people who are going through similar trouble in their lives.
